Slightly milky oil residue around oil filler cap

Does this look like anything or am I being too picky as it is only around the top of the filler where the cap screws on

Its condensation, drive for 15-20 mins and it will burn off. Short tripping constantly doesn't let things get hot enough.

That's moisture build up, you need to do a longer drive to "burn off" all the moisture in your oil. Short trips honestly are not great for your car, if you do short trips try to do a longer trip every once in awhile and make sure you reduce your oil change intervals to compensate for those short trips.

Condensation, you need to run the engine above 212*F to boil out any moisture in the engine
