Bolt Sizing Help!

Hello,

I am trying to install my new front lip and it came with no mounting hardware..

There are holes where the 10 bolts underneath the car attach the front bumper to the skid plate thing, but the stock bolts (part number 07149126886) are just a few threads too short to go through the lip and into the C-clip nut (PN 51717065773)..

I am trying to find out how I can purchase a set of longer bolts to use so I can install my lip.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

The original hex screws are 5.0X17mm.

You can replace it with another screw and a "5.0" head but a little longer, maybe with a 19 or 20mm threading..

BMW OEM hex screw part number 07147148437 is 5.0X20MM, it might work.

Or if you're in a rush or need something even longer, you can mix and match, at your local hardware store or do an eBay search.
