Bad Experience @ McKenna BMW Service - Need Another Recommendation for SoCal

hey fellas new here. new owner. I actually just called south bay right now and was told charlie no longer works for bmw. Is this true? and who is the new go to SA to contact. just purchased a CPo 2016 m3 back in feb. I've noticed my charge cooler reservoir isnt holding coolant. Ive read a fe threads about an internal leak developing on some M3s. Id like to have this reconciled under warranty. Havent tried BMW Riverside were i purchased the car yet. I Just wanted to know what was the best dealership to use for this type of service matter.

Wow sounded like he was still there two weeks ago based on his reply.

exactly... the young lady that answered the phone today says he no longer works there. I specifically asked for the charlie that works in the service department...i just want a new intercooler so that i dont have to go with an aftermarket one. Didnt even know I was running dry until i installed BM3 and down pipes at eas. no coeds or anything. Was getting very high intake temps. Then the problem was discovered.

LOL DONT GO TO SOUTH BAY, they flagged my car for mod and cracked my front windshield. just get the quick maintenance done and get out, dont try to make friends with the dealership. they are all fakes
