Glad to see BMW of Ridgefield on the list. Fantastic dealer, both from a Sales perspective and also service.
Top notch!

That's surprising. Usually at least one makes it.

Good for BMW of Schererville.

Fuck BMW of Warwick, a bunch of money stealing trash, both sales and service. Even the tech working there told me the sales are a bunch of entitled dickheads and his lead advisor is just full of shit all the time. The sales person will act like your best bud while stabbing you in the back and won't admit it, while the sales manager just lies in front of your face and think you are too stupid to know what's going on. Never buy another car from them ever again.

Just once I would like to see BMW of Seattle make the list. 20 years of great service.

You need to change the license plate frame on that M3.

Rallye BMW in Westbury, NY ftw! Been with them since 2007... but I'll be honest - I feel the customer love has been waning a little bit and declining... 😢

Not surprised BMW of Baysidé is not on there.

Don’t know how. Had five BMWs from them, service was alway terrible, and always overpriced. They are why I don’t drive BMW today.

i have long been wanting to start a list of good and bad experience dealerships. i guess this is the place to comment.

i would be more than happy to hear if BMW of Sudbury, in Massachusetts, was out of business and / or sucked into a black hole.

yes, i let BMW of North America know about it. no, there was nothing to do about it after the fact.

going forward, BMW of North America did encourage me to call them immediately if anything feels off. which feels a bit like tattling, but they flat-out asked me to do it. perhaps we all should do that more.

I agree, we started to go to Habberstad in Huntington after a bunch of bad experiences with Rallye.

Surprised to see Tulley BMW on there. Twice tried to scam me out of an extra months lease payment, their service department has had horrible wait times since COVID and they stopped giving out loaners for most work during COVID.

They were probably also the least helpful/consumer friendly when I was looking to order a car as well.

A fellow BMW of Sudbury hater! The one experience I had there made it seem like the folks involved had never actually sold a car before.

Lost all credibility with “BMW of Plano” being on the list.

I’ve heard good things about Hendrick. They’re opening a Hendrick BMW of McKinney (TX) this summer so hopefully their service in DFW is just as good as in NC.

I renamed the sales department in markup department
