Can shift wherever you want, as long as you stay on max power band. Means aroud 6.5-6.8k for most gears.
Nice. Where did you find this? Or did you generate it? Generally consistent with my findings, which is a rough guide. Certainly some wiggle room vs hitting it dead on.
