Charcoal Filters (S55 M2C)

Has anyone checked for them (Charcoal Filters) or removed them yet?

I'm sure they are there. New F90 M5 has them too. I'll be removing them first thing when the car arrives just like I did with my M4 I'll also replace stock filters with BMC filters.

I put them in right after break in, it is hard to judge what kind of difference they make. I feel like I can hear the turbos spool a little bit more.

Can someone confirm that these are the K&N drop in filters being discussed? I'm ordering the clutch stop and figure I might as well order these now as well to swap out the oem filters with the charcoal liner after I get the break-in service done.

Yes, that is what I put in. Drop-In K&N filters for the M4.
