Pressure Washer Recommendations?

I need to buy a good pressure washer to wash my cars and windows but don't want to spend a ton. What's a good pressure washer that won't break the bank? Thanks!

Sun Joe SPX4000 but really any 1.5-2.0gpm and 1800-2000psi pressure washer will do.

I use an AR Blue Clean 383 and an MTM foam cannon. It's only ~$115 on Amazon right now. I would replace the hose with a more flexible one as the stock hose is kinda stiff. Still works great after 7+ years.

I have this electric one, works great and no need to deal with the hassle and noise of a gas powered washer.

Amazon has the Sun Joe SPX-9006 for $155 despite normal pricing of $480. It's rated at similar specs to the Kranzle 1122TST (1300 PSI, 2 GPM) although in realistic testing, I heard it can be a bit lower. This is amazing flow for washing cars. I'd act quickly though, they're probably selling fast.

First off, what is your budget? "breaking the bank" differs from one person to another.

You're going to have some inconveniences using the cheap pressure washers---short hose, non-standard fittings, no quick connects, etc---so it might be worth to wait until you have enough funds to buy the better ones.

By the time you figure out these nuances you most likely forked out close to the semi-pro pressure washers price.

- 30 amp outlet - AR 767 RLW
- 15 amp - Kranzle 1122TST

I'm now thinking about buying a less expensive one and adding the Obsessed Garage upgrades.

I bought a cheap-o Snap-On electric one a bunch of years back (yeah, I know Snap-On doesn't make it). I figured I'd get a year out of it. I needed one quick to help clean the deck around my pool so if it worked for that then died, I'd be happy.

Fast forward 5 years and the damn thing is still running strong. It does a great job on the car and whatever else. It's not super powerful but has done everything I've needed.

Snap-On 1,600 PSI Electric Pressure Washer With 20-Foot Hose

It was a touch under $80. No quick change tips or anything fancy like that.

I've only had one problem with it and that was after a few years in an o-ring failed in the wand. They sent a whole new wand piece very quickly without giving me any crap.

It's nice and compact so doesn't take up much space in the garage, which is nice as many houses in FL don't have attics or basements.

Just a thought. It all depends on what suites you............

This is what I did also, although I'm thinking of upgrading to the Kranzle 1122ST.

I would strongly advise against any pressure washer made by Karcher. I had two different models fail on me within a year of purchase and Karcher’s customer support is poor. This sorry experience led me to swear off disposable washers forever. I just stepped up to a Kranzle 1122TST. It weighs 80 lbs! Can’t wait for the weather to cooperate so I can try it out.

This is what I did, started shade tree detailing a while back and I still have my little starter 1500 PSI, 1.2 GPM Greenworks electric. Added Obsessed Garage's QD package, a decent wand (SG28 I think?) and I am now getting a bit conscious of the fact that I have about $180 worth of mods to a $99 washer ha.

On the other hand, I bought them with the intention of swapping all the QDs and tools over to any Kranzle unit I might buy down the line. Plus they save me so much time and hassle with setup and tear down.

I'm doing the same. Found a $99 Home Depot deal on the Ryobi 1,800 psi. Great deal and setup for the money.

I had no idea about Obsessed Garage. I'll now be dumping much more money as I put together my garage.

Craftsman electric 2050 on wheels. Less noise, more dependable than gas, always starts, much lighter and easier to move around.
