True but the s55 due to che 2x3 cylinders configuration sounds horrible.😐 in terms of sound the n55 is better

Yes, according to Eisenmann. Some mild fabrication may be required, but nothing a local exhaust shop couldn’t do.

N54 was also 2x3 as you put it and it sounded awesome, as are other I6 twin turbo, 2JZ etc.

N55 is "odd one out" with twin scroll, single exhaust outlet turbo arrangement. I dont think it sounds that great, just OK.

I can't say I'd agree in my humble opinion. Something about the OG M2 with MPE and catless downpipe; that sonorous metallic howl at 5000rpms reverberating off the surroundings....

Well nothing is better than a na in terms of sound. I agree with you about 2jz,in fact I said the n55 is better than the s55

As something little interesting I post photos of prototype exhaust from M2C test mule:

The bottom side of the muffler looks like this one:

There's a chance that I'll get it in my hands in short time and test if it fits the car.

Better clip of Remus exhaust ( I think it's the EC, no-race variant)

Open flaps at around 00:40

Really depends on your goal. From what I understand and to my ear the single mid sounds better and will increase TQ vs HP. The dual mid sounds better to others and will offer incrased HP vs TQ.

Still waiting checking their insta multiple times a day to see when its complete to post videos/pics

Wasn't aware of this Hp vs Tq differences... do both Tq and Hp increase in both relative to stock?

I'm actually not a 100 percent sure. I'm just taking the quotes of the increase off their Instagram page.

I'm sure they have used a dyno to be able to claim this

Ok, as long as there's no loss in the low end... I much rather have more TQ than HP as most of my driving is in the city

Nobody has combined the AA mid with anything other than the stock rear so far.

I have seen the AA mid paired with the Remus race on a Facebook group in an undercarriage video. I have not seen any details on a forum, however. I tried to pause the video to see some details on the junction between the two, but the quality wasn't high enough to really tell.

Yeah it's been done on the M3/4 and was quite popular, but haven't seen anything here about it.

I've gone back and forth between full AA setup and Remus, and I'm leaning towards AA just because it'll be louder and after going out for a hard drive the car is just really quiet as is.

Might be a dumb question but, if both Eisenmann Valved and Race have valves why would someone go with the valved system over the race (as it's 1k more)? Is the race just louder? Does it have to do with back pressure and performance? Seems like the race is lighter too.
