looks great, and that local BMW group is quite active. Great group to be part of.

Congrats, I was a bit jealous of your F80 when we saw it at the welt. The color looks great on the F87 also. We still have the F80 and F87.

Wow I had no idea a product like that existed—phenomenal job! Really makes me wish BMW opened up their Individual program to the M2.

So great to follow your journey with the car as well—that Stonehenge cruise location is amazing and it looks like you had some great cruising company! I look forward to keeping up with your next car adventures!

Thanks! The M2 is such a great and fun car to drive! It's been a lot of fun to "mod" the car, but it will be even more fun to take it on driving adventures in the next few months!

And thanks for IND's support of Bimmerpost and its members!

3M Blueberry, ETC.

A few pictures of a 3M Blue Raspberry wrap sample, a Grigio Telesto wrap sample, next to my actual AutoFlexed car. I had purchased these 2 wrap samples off of Amazon as possible options, but decided to use AutoFlex after seeing it in person. Good decision, I think!

Hard to capture with a camera, but you can tell the difference in the depth of the paint/AutoFlex, versus the more "flat" nature of the 3M wraps.

BMW CCA Winner

Voted the "People's Choice" Award winner at this weekend's "Motorfest 2018," hosted by our BMW CCA Oregon/Southwest Washington.

Great event, over 100 fabulous BMWs and a great crowd.

Here it is alone, and with the "Vintage" winner, a gorgeous 1972 BMW 3.0 CS. I love the classic look of that car!!!

Stable Mate!

Not quite the same, but blue nonetheless! Ninja 1000 in "Candy Cascade Blue."

Last week's "People's Choice" Award winner at MotorFest 2018!

And the close up of the Lightweight lip that was requested!

I know the Dinan intake supposedly doesn't make any more power, but does it really sound that much different than stock? I'm surprised since the design is very similar to stock and the filter is completely within the housing - which I would think would make it difficult to hear?

What did they have to code differently?

Are these your stock 437M wheels painted or powder coated black?

On coding: the BMW needs to know the the age and power rating of the battery.

On Intake: You can hear the air swooshing a lot better!

On wheels:

I plasti-dipped them myself. Pretty darn easy. Took the weekend to tape, spray, dry, repeat several times.

These are now gone, replaced by the 763s.

Truly beautiful car! San Marino suits the lines and curves of the car so well. Super jealous of the 763's too. IMO they are one of the best sets BMW has ever made. If I'm lucky I'll get some on mine someday!

I'm also really intrigued by auto flex. I looked into Rose City Dip and the price point is incredible. Might have to look into something like this later on, especially with a local shop. I've always been a huge grigio telsto fan...

Hope to see you around PDX sometime! If you see an AW LCI with pacific wonderland plates its me.
