ED Fun Limited to Canada?
I have yet to experience ED and missed the opportunity back in 06 with my 335. Im on 2 lists for M2 with ED and was going to plan my own trip but would certainly consider the grand tour with other owners. Why is it limited to Canada???

They will probably do something similar for the US. I think Canada is getting our cars first since we seem to have ordering info etc now, while you guys are still waiting.

I am sure this will apply to the US market as well. They should do it for every major market as far as I am concerned. |

Regardless, I don't see this ED being anything 'special' if there is a (large) cost attached to it. |

I Agree, while its nice to get a discount, I would not pay extra just to have the car delivered in Europe. Fortunately for the US there is a slight discount. I believe for CA it may not be a discount but could be a no cost option... Which is (barely acceptable). However, the experience shown on the link above appears to be a package of hotel stays on a tour along with some special events. I am sure it would be an added price and something you select if you can attend. Sounds fun! |

The link is different than European delivery. It's actually a BMW European tour. They did the same thing in Canada when the M3/4 was released. It is a special perk they offer select Canadian customers because the Canadian market acceptance of M cars. More info here... http://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1208540

http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1006526 Factory tour, some skid pad, lunch with M division CEO, Dr. Friedrich Nitschke, good meals, good drives and good company. The M2 and M4 GTS tour has a Salzburg track day thrown in.
