Question Ohlins R&T - Missing adjustment screw, any way to adjust?

My front left strut is missing the adjustment assembly (see pic) - I've contacted Ohlins for a replacement, but in the mean time - is there anything I can get at Home Depot as a temporary means of adjustment? I'm a little hesitant to take some pliers to it for fear of damaging it.

Thanks.

In a pinch, you could use pliers to make adjustments but you really should get a replacement knob from Ohlins.
