My SA told me they got allocated only 1 CS, but he seems very confident that they can get more due to their performance with M2C sales. He said there's no way 466 will be the limit. He knows this market well, but I guess time will tell.

Its a true limited edition model , it isnt like the 1M or M4 CS . Most of the times the factory stays loyal on this , and doesnt change the plans due to demand .

Takes lead time to do it, and there is cost to factory interruption and changeover etc. (I work in mass white goods manufacturing with automated lines, and have numerous automotive suppliers that I have worked closely with). So 466 may or may not be the final number, but it's doubtful that it'll be hugely different this late in the game.

Mine is MSRP, my dealer has a no above MSRP policy for any car they get, so that was easy/fixed.

No idea, I guess that's up to your dealer. Someone somewhere said that there is a dealer communication coming out on Friday...so maybe more pieces will be available then.
