Steering wheel column extension?

Hey guys, I'm using the M Performance steering wheel with the gauges, it's fat but I love the gauges.

I'm a fairly big guy and I find myself needing to push the seat fairly back for it to be perfect for my legs and the pedals, but I need the steering wheel to come out more than the max telescopic extension available.

Does anyone know of a solution? Something that can be fitted to extend it?
