So for those who are saying M2C had a tune, I have reached out to the owner of the car and also the channel who posted the video. Here's their reply:

"Hi, our car was stock other than an Eventuri carbon intake. But it doesn't have cold air feed or anything like that. The intake make 6bhp on the dyno. That's all. It was also on 95octane fuel for that video not 98ron so would have been down on power anyway.

It also has a Bilstein Clubsport kit running more camber on the rear to a normal car, which is great on track but rubbish for traction in the drag race

Folks that work on those American-made vehicle reveal that they are made with plastic, cheap, throwaway parts and the engineering as not as thought-of as their German counterparts.. Yes, they can haul ass due to their gas-guzzling, larger displacement motor.. If they weren't fast, what would they be?

Or the Alfa with its limited dealer network and niche acceptance the US, I wouldn't exactly classify those an average street car..

When is last time you seen an Alfa in the 'hood?
The Mustang is the best selling sports car in Germany (2016), just sayin’

Regardless we all know the M2c is faster, no surprise at all haha.

Is there a website that keeps records of vehicles lap times on various tracks?

It's always just Hockenhiem or the Ring.

Would like to see some variety here.

I was there the day the video was being done filming for another video. I can also add into the mix that it was around 10 degrees Celsius and slightly damp. Not all of the M2's would have had warm tyres and the Alfa definitely won't have as it had been sitting around all morning while they filmed the M2 video.

Also the M2 comp was stock besides the suspension. I got to do some donuts in it, what a car!

I also know the Alfa owner who said the car was completely standard.

It sold a handful more units than a 911, so we’re not talking about massive volumes. But it’s not surprising, though. I’ve only ever seen American cars in any number in Germany, and even at $55k, a Mustang is still quite cheap compared to top-end 2s, 4s, Merc coupes and the Cayman. And half the price of the 911. And today it still sells about 5,500 a year in Germany, where over half of all European Mustang sales are made.

So that yellow 4C has to have something which isn'tn stock imho.
