BMW Connected app

How do i get this app(iphone) to work?
My car never asked me for the verification code that was given on the app.
And now the app doesnt even require and it never confirm the verification.
Everything the app shows about my car is incorrect - location, gas, milage, etc.

I dont have the executive package, could that be the reason?

Exec pkg doesn't make a difference. Are you set up with a connected drive account?
My salesman set me up with the account during delivery.

When I load up the connected app it just asks me for that email\pass and I'm good to go.

The site sees to be down right now though.

I uninstalled the app a few months back. It's a great app, but about a year back they "enhanced" it to autolaunch every time it connected to the car....which was making me nuts. I had found the connected app to be useful when I was AWAY from the car. When I'm in the car I can do all that stuff on the car itself.

Some of the features i think its cool just because ive never had a car with such features before.

Call them, I was having issues connecting mine because of a mixup on the sign in details. I would continue to send the pin to the car and the car never got it.

They resolved it fast over the phone.

I got my remote functions working, but I still don't get any enhanced functionality with apps like Pandora.
Just won't show up.
No idea what I'm doing wrong.
