Remove Before Race M2C YouTube review (with M car history)

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
If you haven’t seen this yet then it’s well worth watching. Good bit of M car history at the start as well, which talks about the evolution of the M3 and the desire / demand for a compact M car in the modern world

Great video. I feel so bad for those that have the P-filters. The US version sounds so different.

Great review.. But what suspension change is he talking about? They both share the same exact parts as the M2, which has already been confirmed.. These people have so many direct connections and get handed press cars directly from the manufactures, yet still manage to spread misinformation. #Sad

BTW, I'll probably get flamed for saying this but I prefer the M2C's exhaust sound with the particulate filter.. Sounds quiet and stealthy, like the ultimate sleeping giant.. All that power without the fanfare., I like.. But I understand those that want all the ruckus..

Thankfully there are some companies in Europe that are manufacturing some decent sounding exhausts to fit in with European regulations.

Was a great review I subscribed after watching. You can't blame him for the suspension comment, not everyone can click onto each car manufacturers forums and stalk them for weeks on end to finally, FINALLY see if a part number issl different or not from an outgoing car.

He otherwise is very thorough in his review discussing in particular vertical movements of the m2c compared to the OG.

BMW is spreading a lot of misinformation there, I suspect very few will get it right.

The M2C press release included a statement about a "changed" suspension, but nothing was really changed.

Only every journalist that only read the press release, but never asked further than his nose was long... thinks that the suspension has been altered.

Agreed, but only because I posted it

In all seriousness, I like this guy's reviews and the detail he goes in to about brand history. I am also a sucker for his graphics and special effects.

We'll know the truth when one of my favorite automotive reviewers gets a M2C his shop and dissects the suspension built.. Since the manufacture can't give us a strait answer.

I've leaned soo much about some popular vehicle's mechanical make up due to this guy's channel YouTube channel..

Agreed - SavageGeese is my favorite resource for no-BS, high-level reviews that go way beyond what the average auto journalist offers up.

Rear subchassis have different part numbers for M2 and M2C, with different bushing parts as well.

So maybe they're different?

Believe it or not. This dude is a BMW hater. There was never a comparison test with an AMG and the Bimmer won. He's full of shit. He has nothing but good things to say about the M2 because he's not reviewing it with some Mercedes car.

His nickname is Mr AMG so it's no surprise he prefers Mercedes to BMW. Still, I think he gives a balanced, unbiased and professional review on the M2C.

Talking about someone being an M3 and M4 hater, well, it's a bit of a pointless statement to make in this situation.
