Both Sisecam and Fuyao have manufacturing in Germany:

Sisecam Automotive GmbH, based in Aurach, Germany
Fuyao Europe GmbH, based in Leingarten, Germany

FWIW, the OE glass in my OG 2017 is Sisecam (with Roundel)

So the only replacement is probably OP's that says Made in USA (unless port replaced).

DOT 1038 indicates your windshield was made in Moraine, OH. No idea if that means it was replaced at port or it's just a second OE source. I don't think the quality is any different either way.

I bought my car used with 9400 on the clock, but I know the windshield is OE because I know the girl that bought it new. She hit a curb coming out of the dealership that scratched the wheel and they replaced it for her, then at 9100 miles she complained about the brakes juttering and the tires being loud so they replaced the rotors, pads, and tires. She then traded it in and I bought it.

This is good info, Sisecam's website wasn't too great.

DOT511 is one of their Turkey plants, which is why I asked, but also alluded to the fact that Turkey often looks to be considered Europe

Turkey is probably close enough logistically speaking .

And honestly before all this, I was reluctant to get a replacement Fuyao brand windshield for another car I have, but it seems they're at the world scale now with good work coming from their plants. Very cool to know they even produce some in Germany and USA.

OE installed in Germany is Sisecam. (A Turkish brand) Other than Sisecam, should be a replacement.
