Floating Hub Caps?

Hi All,

I was checking on the progress of my MY2020 (still just ORDER RECEIVED), and noticed that I got "Floating Hub Caps" aka, the center caps stay level as the wheels are moving, as part of my build. There was no option for this during the spec process, so I'm assuming this is a new standard feature?

Is this an MY2020 thing or did any MY2019 folks get this as well?

Either way I dig it lol.

Not on 2019 cars. Pretty cool if the 2020 cars get these. Carryover from Rolls, I guess.

Eh it's gimmicky at best, but MY2020ers can always just get the fixed caps later.

Interesting, my M2C garage page does not include the floating hub caps. I am also just at "order received."

Then again, I do not see the first aid kit, luggage mat, charging cables, or wheels locks either...

Is a First aid kit also standard for US markets now? Thought that was a European only option

In the "My Garage" page, click on the "Status" link and scroll to the bottom where it has "Added Options".

Should be there.

First aid kit, luggage mat, charging cables (not sure what these are), and wheel locks weren't standard when I ordered my 2018 M2.

I have a 2020 allocation that just went to "scheduled for production" today (no big deal

) and I don't see the floating caps. I don't have an added options section either, but then again all I added was the executive package (no sunroof and 6MT).

Congrats! Yeah I am pretty confused why I have these options..... and no one else does?

I wonder if my dealer decided to just throw these in for me on the house?
