Right on! I emailed and he said September would start invoicing/starting work and deliveries around November/December.

I was on the original spreadsheet and just emailed him. I guess I missed the boat b/c I didn't reach out earlier. I'm kinda bummed. He's going to see if he has extra parts laying around in a few weeks.

Max just emailed me and indicated that delivery would be end of September, not November / December.

I have diecast models of all my other BMWs (328 wagon, 2002, 135is, and M2), all in 1:43 scale. Can't wait to add the M2C. All the others were white which is an easy color to collect, but this one is H silver which might never have been available except through this special order.

Has anyone else gotten theirs yet? I didn't order a custom one but did order the M2 Competition model in hockenheim silver metallic. The model is nice looking but the color seems just a touch off. Does anyone know if they use the actual paint from BMW or do they just try to match it?

I was a little slow and apparently missed the custom order window. Looking at the one available to order now, does the license plate really say IAM2COOL? Tacky if so. Regardless, it would be pretty cool if they used the actual paint code.

I think that one is @MR.'s plate and my be a sample.

My 1:43 models are paid and held back (upon my request). 1:18 still needs to be done. When all three are ready they will send it out 👍🏼

Just to confirm, you held back the 1/43s to combine shipping with the 1/18?

I'm too impatient - took my 2 1/43s and assume I'll pay another 30 euro to ship the 1:18...

It's the limited schmee150 edition. Should be MR's actual car but with 100 made.

1/18 models aren't in production yet...never hurts to check in though. Max is very responsive.

Just received photos of my finished diecast model from Max. Looks fantastic. Love how they matched my 437 wheels and license plate. The HS looks a little too metalflake-ish, but that might just be the lighting.
