Fuel level effect on 100-200 times

I posted this on another thread but I thought it's better to start a separate thread.

Any 100-200 kph test done with full tank vs 1/4 of a tank? Basically the effect of different fuel levels (weight) on timing?

The reason why I'm asking, I have done some testing a few weeks ago and I got some good timings. (1/2 fuel tank)
Changed my tires two days ago and did several tests last night on the same road, temperature almost the same and I consistently got slower times by 0.4s average ( ~7/8 tank)

I highly doubt the extra +/- 18 liters of fuel can slow me down by that much, can it be cause I didn't break-in the new tires?

Another factor is that I had 265/35R19s and I replaced them with 285/30R19s which is tad bit heavier. Can it be the extra pound or so on each tire?
