Please explain, I didn't get what the benefit is with the silicone/rubber adapter between hose and carbon shield? Other than if you happen to have a thinner hose of course.
I mounted the Lightweight kit last week, it is a bit low, has touched ground a few times already. Looking to tweak... |

I installed the Lightweight kit but the scoops do touch the tarmac from time to time. So I've designed and 3D printed a pair of scoops to mount on the suspension like before. I'll publish the 3D files needed to print once I've tested them. Mounting them on the car tomorrow.

3D printed scoops. These are optimized to work on a daily/trackday car. I hope I've gotten a balance between mounted high up enough to work in all sorts of daily conditions but also get a lot of free air. Last year I ran with a simpler solution (no hose) mounted exactly there just blowing on the caliper and it helped a lot. This should be a step up with the hose and all.
