The M Performance coilovers retain the full manufacturer's warranty.

But yes, KWv3 are more adjustable in the back. I wasn't too worried about getting the height as low as the KWv3 (in the rear), but was interested in the warranty myself. So I went M Performance.

Also, the M Performance coilovers are pricier from what I have seen and are specifically tuned for the M2 (Obviously, but not sure how important that is for owners. Of course, the KWv3 will be just as good)

But back to the wheels. Yes, if price is going to be factored, then 763M. Otherwise, the member pics speak for themselves... BBS FI-R all the way.

When speaking to my dealer he said he'd never had a claim on a suspension, so I don't think the warranty matters on this specific part. Maybe there have been claims, but it's not like they are replacing suspensions left and right.

KW V3 FTW.

True. I can see it not being a common occurrence having suspension failures.

I think the KWv3 is a great choice and wouldn't dissuade anyone from going that route. If I had researched a little more on the rear height adjustability , then I would have probably gotten the KW.. or even forked over a little more for Ohlins. However, the M Performance coils are a good entry level system and I am happy with them.

There are a few other differences worth considering such as

MP uses linear springs both front and rear

MP uses additional spring pad mounts to reduce NVH

V3 is progressive in front

V3 uses a main spring and a helper/tender spring combination in the rear

V3 overall spring rates are a little bit higher

Has anyone powdercoated the 763M wheels gloss black similar to how it is on the M2CS?

M2C coil-over suspension kit was developed by KW. Not much stock is left, it replaces shocks and struts (along with springs).
Not as good as KW V3, not as adjustable.
That's not true at all- I have them on my 2020 M2C they have the same adjustable characters. Are better designed because BMW M help to design them.

I don't see why anyone would need to go any lower then 25mm. I feel KW V3 was not tested like MP.

MP has the perfect balance of height and road feel.

Any coils that have the ability's to adjust redound and compression is not entry level- my car was corner balanced and adjusted to my liking- how many people really need that kind of setup?? Track junkies 😉

You're talking out of your ass here a bit because you don't know the things you're saying, you're just happy with a product you paid money for. And that's fine, but don't get your wires crossed. KW designed the suspension, not BMW, and although BMW set the specs, KW obviously know them and wanted to make their own version just a bit better.

Truth is a subjective term, not an objective term. Your truth is that you like your suspension, and that's fine, but the ultimate truth is that KW designed the suspension, and offers more options on theirs than the MPS. So for some, the truth is more = better, not OEM specs = better.

I don't think anyone can go wrong with either, but if someone is looking for a bit more than OEM offers but OEM quality, then KW V3 is the ticket.

What size Michelin Pilot Sport 4S are folks running on the 19" BBS FI-Rs? I just got my car and still running stock suspension. Though I do plan on getting the M-Performance coiler installed at some point.

The APEX I love since I run EC7 on my 135i, but it was a no go when I saw the weight of the M2C specific fitment. I actually bought a set of 437M for track duty before considering EC7 because of the weight savings.
Ban_M2C - do you still have a good source for BBS FI-R wheels? I am interested.
