Air condition removal

I want to have A/C removed for weight reasons, car is only driven on racetrack anymore.

I have asked BMW dealer to remove, as I want to have it coded out properly to avoid any errors in car electronics.

They did not want to get into this, because the driving belt, driving the a/c compressor, also drives the generator, and the belt will be too long if a/c compressor is removed.

Anyone else removed a/c yet and has found a matching driving belt which could fit?

Txs for any input

I would contact Turner Motorsport. They take production cars and turn them into full race cars all the time.

sorry for very late reply, I just managed to scale it

Parts in engine bay (compressor, line, cooler), not considering fluids and some minor lines is about 8,6 kgs.
