My take is that it's more intimidating to look at than it is to do. The most difficult step is finding a non-sketchy way to get the software, and I think the links I have are the least sketch way. After that, I think that the risks of you totally bricking the car are low, so long as you remember to always make a back up you can restore from.
Caveat: I work in tech, so most of my life is sketchy software and debugging strange errors. |
