2017 M2 dyno results.

Finally got to get on a dyno after doing some bolt ons/ tune. When I got there, I saw that it was going to run on a mustang dyno and was a little bummed because they are known to be low. I have both uncorrected and corrected weather numbers and am pleased with the results. 397.5hp 460 tq. W/wcf 454.1 hp 525.5 tq.
6spd
Bm3 stage 2 93
Csf intercooler
ER catless downpipe
Injen intake
Stock exhaust

Interested to hear your thoughts, 85 degrees and about 89 percent humidity.

the 397whp on mustang seems a bit high for a fbo n55, especially with those weather conditions. The 376whp number seems more correct. how much psi are you running?

Those are nice numbers man! I have a question how is your car running with the Injen intake? Did you have to get rid of any wires or have a check engine light?

I like the look of that torque curve...

18 psi and steady 8.5 - 9 degrees timing during the pull
397 was the highest non corrected number. The 376 is the average of the min and max number in the pull and means nothing as far as peak power numbers go. Or am I wrong? Torque is nasty and why it blows the tires off lol.

To the person asking about the intake, no wires modified but I have a bm3 ots stage 2 93 tune

Along about 93 pump
running 93 with VP octane booster 1 liter 10 gallons

Mustang can show high and low as the operator's wish, unlike Dynojet which cannot be manipulated easily.

Dynojet always reads high and not accurately (inertia method). But Dynojet numbers are always the norm because it's very consistent wherever and whenever you are.

You need to do a baseline stock flash run on that mustang to give your results true meaning.

I get what your saying and all dynos can be jerked around with like you said and the point is not to show I have bad ass results. Nor was the car tuned on the dyno so no reason to fluff any numbers by the owner of the dyno. If anything, I would say the opposite so he could try and talk me into letting him tune the car. Owner told me Dyno was calibrated 2 months ago after I said mustang's are usually heart breakers and we input all the parameters together for the vehicle and got these results. I'm not going back to a stock tune, but I will be getting on a dyno jet in the next month or so. This was literally a let me dyno my car, Google dynos near me, call and get on dyno to do a pull. The car felt weirdly fast when I bought it w/400 miles on it and woke the hell up after this specific parts combo.

Nah, screw the numbers. Does the car pull well with no torque dips? It sure does, that's all that matters.
I had an unexpectedly high readings on a mustang dyno and operator went "oops, I left it in a "dynojet simulation" mode.

Really the only usable dyno readings are when you have a baseline, trustworthy operator, and ideally similar weather between the pulls.

Pretty much lol, the curves are smooth and it pulls like a freight train.

kinda weird there's such huge variances between your pulls in terms of numbers. but looks are the car drives good and you happy thats what matters.

Yeah I'm not familiar with the mustang dyno layout of numbers, just that the first low pull is probably the 3/4 revved pull is the low number and then i did one full pull and 397 showed on the screen after completing it. Then the printed graph shows the corrected number of 4 something. I personally think the 397 is the real number and will be similar on a dyno jet, rather than "mustang's read low that means I'm over 400". I know it is almost impossible to make over 400 without additional fueling and the 397 makes sense with the mods and 100 octane. I just didn't want to see a 350 rwhp run lol and more shocked of the dump truck torque.

maybe the guy already caliberated to a dynojet numbers or something.

usually mustang and dyno dynamtics dynos about 10% lower compared to a dynojet

The wheel power was converted to reflect Dynojet numbers. Most Mustang dynos typically read 7-10% lower than Dynojets.
