Mine started production june 28 and still at port. Took 2 weeks between production complete and at port. Not idea when other with same production start were in transit a week ago. Have ETA although sept 4-9th to Alberta Canada

You are not alone. My car started production on July 4. It has been sitting at the port for a week now.

My car has been in production since July 11th. Still no update since then. Anyone have a range of how long it took from their car to start production to production finished? Thanks!

Call BMWNA for more accurate time line.

My M2 was at New Jersey for a few days. I called BMW Genius today and they told me it was released to the carrier last Saturday. It should be on its way to Alexandria, VA now. Hopefully I get it tomorrow or Wednesday.

Currently on a boat, left Southampton a day ago, ETA to Incheon is September 4!

September 17th is the first day that any US vehicles are going to be allowed to do European Delivery while Canadians have had no such restriction. Then there was speculation that it was a hold on US vehicles stateside...obviously there is no hold.

Cool! i called the BMW Customer Relations # this morning and gave them my order number, but they didn’t have any shipping information yet. Haven’t trued the genius number. Searching the WW web site with my VIN turned up nothing.

Are you taking delivery at your dealer? f so, your car will probably come through the Galveston VPC. We got to tour it a few years ago.

Yes I am taking delivery at my dealer.

It should be going there for sure. I just emailed my sales manager to get the vessel name so should know today some time.

It's about 3 days from when it gets on the ship to knowing what boat you're on. I'm kind of a special case, I can't use the US tracker even though my car is US spec (factory direct sale) but my sales guy called BMW for me and got the ship name, which I've been tracking on marinetraffic.com.
