Nice!!! I may do this as well. Hopefully next year iPhone will have wireless charging.

I wonder if there is a way to install more USB ports in the arm rest just for charging?

Induction noise is much more audible but from the driver's seat the exhaust noise pretty much covers all the turbo spool and turbo flutter sounds.

I reckon that bmw did that on purpose so as to cover the turbo up as much as possible, both in terms of power delivery and sound.

Yes you can definitely turn it off and I think by default after 10 minutes it switches off/goes standby if you don't press anything.
Also it has 3 settings or menu's, Eco, Sport & race. Shift lights only in sport and race.

I haven't looked for an online user guide, I've got one that came with it. If there's anything else you'd like to know id be happy to take pics of the manual.

My understanding is that you hold both buttons and it will turn off the display.

Showed up as a spectator at the Scarsdale Concours d'Elegance and a guy on the board of directors heard I had just picked up a new M2 and told me to go get the thing and put it in the show.

Definitely quite a serious show if some of the other cars were the caliber of a 918 Weissach Package and a 275 GTB

Was a few spots down from this guy with an E30 M3 with the licence plate M3 for Connecticut

They are something that come standard on F23 2 series, cuts down on noise on the highway a little bit

Installed VRSF's catless downpipe and the A74 fix. Works wonders and sounds so much better! Had the car tinted 40% all around with ceramic film, haven't had a hot enough day to see if it works.

thank you Pyrat 2 I think that settles it for me. 40% Ceramic tint on my AW M2 will look good. The place I'm getting my tint done will guarantee no ghosting on 40%+ Ceramic tints.
