Anyway, I can pick up my Smurf this monday.
Looking at this picture taken at my dealer I was wondering wth came up with the name MINI in the first place...lol they're not even cute anymore.

Apparently we have infinite overcast days here in Austin, at least since picking up the car on launch day. Anyway, here's a random shot in mixed lighting conditions that highlights the satin finish:

P.S. I normally wouldn't park under a tree but I was in a hurry and it was the closest spot to my actual destination.

Uh, corner spots are open behind you with no trees, you couldn't walk an extra 10 feet? LOL

First, love the pic. Second, I'm debating the tri stripe decal on my grill, but I'm just not sure on LBB. I think it looks really good on Mineral Grey (as well as AW and BSM) as it adds some color. With my car, I'm just not sure yet...

Of course, I checked the exif. But as a matter of fact, my experience is that Canon provides more "vivid" and "contrast" out of the box compared to Nikon.
Unless the shooter did some adjustments in LR.

Yes, Canon is known for that so I was impressed at first that you spotted that even if you "cheated".
