SOLD: Local (DMV) swap my Eisenmann + AA full setup with your OE CS exhaust
Hi all,
I have decided to sell my CS this fall, and will be returning it to stock. One of the parts I need to address is the exhaust, as I don't have the OE exhaust to replace it with. So, I am looking for a local to the Northern Virginia/DMV area who has a CS with uncut original exhaust who wants to trade + $$. I will not ship, so please don't ask. The specs of my setup: - Active Autowerke non-resonated equal length midpipe - properly extended to reach the back box - Eisenmann valved back-box with Le Mans style black tips The sound is absolutely out of this world. Complete race car.... sounds nothing like the weed eater S55 is known for. Please PM me if you are interested in facilitating this trade. Best, -Ash Last edited by ashmostro; 11-27-2023 at 08:02 AM.. |

Am I crazy for thinking the stock uncut is more rare than your aftermarket? Seems weird to add money on the trade

I think it is a fair question and I wasn’t making a definitive claim.
This is a public forum and I think discussion is healthy and benefits the community at large. |

Bro no offense but you did post in the general section and not sale section. I'm still holding onto my stock uncut exhaust even though I have no intention of putting it back on anytime soon so I think it's a fair statement. Maybe mods can just delete these comments and move the thread

I wanted to say that your offer to trade your exhaust setup in the DMV area is a thoughtful approach. It's essential to find the right local enthusiast who can appreciate the unique qualities of your setup. Your Active Autowerke midpipe and Eisenmann back-box sound like they create an incredible sound experience for the CS.
The DMV States region is known for its vibrant car community, so I'm sure you'll find someone who's interested in the trade. It's always great to connect with fellow car enthusiasts in the area and share your passion for automotive upgrades. Last edited by FarerXp; 12-01-2023 at 06:20 AM.. |

Appreciate that, Farer.
The buyer of the car actually wanted the exhaust left on so I didn't have to remove it after all. It does sound fantastic indeed. |
