My budget is around 50k, will go up a bit for the right car. Looking for Hockenheim silver, long beach blue, or Sunset orange. Looking for manual only.

Located in Green Bay, WI, but willing to drive out or ship.

I wouldn't say so - there's manual cars with ~30k miles at dealerships listed between 50-55k (which will always be a bit higher than private party.) I'd just prefer not to buy from a dealership.
