Lotus has this really cool deal where you can request a certificate of provenance (for a fee, of course), but it has some great information on the cover sheet. It'd be nice if such a thing was available for the M2. I'd love to know how many '18 expkg 6MT LBB's were made.

If the new 2-er is anything to go by, the F87 M2 will keep its value even as the forthcoming made-in-Mexico G87 M2 is developed. The new 2 series is FUGLY.

Tadaaaaaaa. Doesn't quite get as detailed as packages, but still gives a good idea. Nowhere near as much info as the Lotus form though.

Picked up a sapphire black 2018 DCT with exec package and only 306 miles on it about a month ago from a dealer for $49k to replace the TT Roadster the ex took in the divorce settlement. Love the M2 but miss the baseball glove leather seats of the TT. Not sure what the deal with the original owner. Still scratching my head over that one.

My 2017 M2 just listed for sale. The sales guy called me, left a message, and stated the car is in their showroom. It's a VW/Audi/Porsche dealership with separate buildings so I wonder which one it would be in

I think once the M2 CS comes out it will help the used M2 car prices depreciate less.

Hey, I was just looking at this on autotrader! Was thinking about looking at it over the weekend in person. It has literally all the mods I would do except for the M performance shifter. I just dont want a car with a sunroof. Does yours have it? i feel like i could be its new owner quite soon! hahah

Hm im not sure at this point. There will be a market for the original n55 engine. But the general dealers will also try to get rid of the used 2016-2018 M2s. I have also seen M2 Comps been sitting at dealer lots for months now. Idk whats going on with those

I just got my 2016 w/ 23k miles for just under $40k. I think you just have to be patient - they do pop up from time to time under 40, just not that often from the few months I monitored prices before pulling the trigger.
