TE37s with stock M2C Calipers?
Any advice on what size/offset is required to go with M2C OEM brakes? I'm also on KW V3.
https://www.ravspec.com/shop/rays-vo...9x9-5-bmwm2f87 Will these clear? Or do I need 20s? Last edited by wavyyyy; 02-10-2020 at 05:06 PM.. |

You're going to need to go 20".

If you're going off those pictures of the M4 on Mag Blue TEs its terrible quality but you can see those are the blue 4 piston 380mm rotor front brakes, not CCBs. Not sure why that guy would so confidently say the CCBs fit in 19s when he doesn't even have them. Better quality here. You can find pictures of M2s on TE37s but only with the blue 4 piston calipers. The Rays Website states the TE37 M-Spec is not for the Competition or CCB. It doesn't specifically say on the Ultra II page oddly, maybe outdated. There are a few models like the G18 and G025 which specifically say they do fit the Competition. And I believe LOOMPIA/@Loompia_m2 had to get AP Racing front calipers to fit TE37s. I spent several hours researching because I wanted to get them as well, but I figured the easiest thing was to go another route as I didn't want to get 20s or change the brakes.

Wish we could fit Volks Racing wheels too. Very hard to find some good looking Japanese wheels in 18s and 19s that clear the front M2C brakes. Still not sure what wheel I should run or just change to another brake setup.

I looked around Volk, Work, and Advan and pretty much all of them won't fit unless you go to 20". Only a couple Volks fit as I said in my post above but I don't like how they look.
I haven't mounted them yet but I went with BC Forged. All of their monoblock 19" will fit over the brakes. I think only some of their multi piece ones will fit but you need to contact them. Lots of different designs, also one thats very TE37 like if you want to stay that route.

About brake i think 19" not be a problem on that offset
on my m2 I have te37 Ultra track edition 20" F 9.5 et 22 225/35/20 R 10.5 et 30 255/30/20 this size of wheel and tyre a bit rub on rear cos I lowering by Eibach spring cannot adjust a height I think there is no problem if u need an offset above but should be 19 inch on the link u show i suggest on that offset F 9 et 23 R 10 et 34 the best offset to suit for M2 if u don't want any problem. But if ur suspension can adjust a height, u can try same with my offset |

M2Comp came with 400mm caliper fronts which is what's causing us issues.
Thanks for trying though lol. |
