Dallas area BMW Dealer/Service Input

New to BMW - M2C will soon need 1200mi service.

Wondering if there is a clear winner in the service dep't area. I bought at BMWoD, but it's a Autonation thing - and my experience with their service dep't has been very poor. (but it's closest to home).

Open to all opinion, experiences and guidance. thanks!

I get my cars serviced at BMW of Dallas. Fik is the tech that you want and Reesh Ismail or Carrie Murphy (if she is back) are both great SAs.

Seconded on Carrie, but I thought she left a long time ago. Have you heard anything about her coming back?

I've used classic BMW many times and never had any issues. My brother works at a family owned luxury car business in Addison, and they always use classic over the Dallas one. He's had issues with the Dallas one before, so when I got my 2er two years ago, I solely went to classic. That said, if you're closer to grapevine (or it's easier to get to), then you shouldn't have a problem as it's a Sewell.

frustratingly, after leaving voice mails with both the SA my sales person recommended, and the Manager of the Service Dep't - I've yet to receive a call back from either (BMW of Dallas) - continuing my frustrating Autonation experience. It's the dealer closest to home (I live in Dallas proper) but I just can't put up with crappy customer service, again.

Can anyone recommend a specific SA at Classic or Sewell, please? I just gotta get the break-in done. thanks in advance.

The SA I had at classic do my break in service was John Sojdei. Everything went smoothly.

Nolan at Sewell. FYI Classic will charge you toll on your rental while Sewell will not.

Just got an M2C for Christmas and about to take my car into BMW of Grapevine for 1200 maintenance, what should I expect as far as turn around time? Thanks in advance.

Man, that joint is awesome. My 1200 session took <2hours and I waited. The joint is so comfy and well appointed, I just sat there and did some work and looked at sweet rides upstairs.

Sewell in Grapevine was great to deal with. Everything went super smooth and they put me in a loaner and had it finished the next day. Definitely had a great experience.

Sewell in Grapevine is excellent. They had my car chasing a big which ended up being a pinched wire in the headliner area. They got it back to me and it was a great experience. Had a loan Car available as well.
