So my M2 finally appeared on Hansen's. But it has Hold status with ETA to my dealer here on Westcoast on Aug 12th - ugh!! I emailed bmw.ca and was told it's standard Hold to clear customs, pre-work, etc. They didn't mention anything about the recall and when I checked, my VIN's outside the recall list. I'll keep checking to see whether status changes in a few days. So close yet so far ...

Same here I just got confirmation as well..looks like all the M tour cars are awaiting custom clearance..they hope to have all our cars cleared and loaded on a carrier by friday...etas vary..1st week of August for people in toronto..and add a week or 2 for the others out west..I am good with waiting another 2 weeks now that there appears to be certainty

Phew, that must be a relief!

Weird that they were held on paperwork though, you'd think they would've gotten that straightened out already.

My car is showing up on Hansen's now. Scheduled delivery to Calgary BMW is August 15th. That's the date I put in my calendar when I flew home from Nice. That's 9 weeks from drop off to delivery to the dealership.

Hopefully that truck and train make good time!

same for me... "dispatched" with a pick up date of today but ETA to dealer now of August 9th.

respucci posted the full list of MY16 cars on this thread, in chronological order, so I just counted the cells on Excel

Now, that 713 number is actually wrong, because it does include pre-production and press cars. I haven't had time to cut those out of the list yet, but it will shave maybe 20-30 cars off the total.
