Not sure what you are asking then - the rate should be 5% off US MSRP. If a dealer doesn't want to do that, find another one. A dealer can list the car for $100,000 if they want. There are people willing to pay additional mark ups to be first or who have more money to burn. Some dealers are greedy or lazy or both. I wouldn't want to work with either. There are plenty out there that will do it - you just have to spend the time calling and finding one who will and has an allocation. I plan on getting my ED next spring. I'll try my local dealer first then if they don't want to sell me the car, I'll start looking elsewhere. It's not that special of a car and it's going to be around for a couple of years easy. I can wait.

I don't think any fleet discounts will work with ED. The BMWCCA $500. rebate does work with ED. Don't forget about the $200. discount on one airline ticket to Munich.

I wish BMW would take out the September 17th hold. I will be in Frankfurt on September 2nd. It would have been really cool do a ED. Maybe next time. Doing PCD for now.

Everyone that has a confirmed European Delivery Date should list their date/time on the ED calendar on Bimmerfest site!
https://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/calendar.php?c=3 Would be cool to gather all this info and see when people will get their cars delivered.
