AC Head Controll Unit (Scratch)

In the process of installing my blendmount radar detector I scratched my AC Head Unit. It is not real bad but Im a little OCD. I have a used one with a perfect face but want to know if replacing this is an easy task? Does anyone have any experience removing this?

It looks like this:

Thanks

I can't tell anything from the photo but if the scratch isn't too deep on the screen you can use a polisher and some plastic polishing compound to mitigate or possibly remove all of it. A good detailer can do this for you.

Sorry I should have been more clear. That picture was just a references of the unit I'm trying to replace not the actual unit with the scratch.
