Ditto. The one on the left is the one I tried. They had another version that was not the one on the right, so I'm not sure which is the "top shelf" one. But the one on the left is very, very good. Should run you about $35 or so.

My name was drawn in one of the local raffles this year, so I picked this bottle up last week. I hear it's excellent, so excited to pop this one open.

Congrats, that’s a nice bottle. Do they charge the normal price or a higher marked up price? Curious because the place that I “win” opportunities from charges normal retail even though it could be sold for much more.

Not a fan myself, preferring the Knockmore and Paddy’s to Jameson for an Irish Whiskey. But if it suits you, enjoy!

Most locations near me that hold raffles will sell the bottles at or near retail. I think the trend I've noticed is the smaller the store the higher the mark-up, but I haven't seen more than maybe a 15% mark-up from retail.

I’ve noticed the same, at the larger stores I always pay retail regardless of the allocated status. Congrats, hope it’s a great bottle.
