Vibration while driving, please help.

Hey guys, I really need help, got my dream car 4 months ago, my 2016 M2 DKG, with 100k kms, full stock, and I’m currently on the edge of loosing my mind because of it, since I got the car I made 9k kms, love the car, but around 300km ago the car started to have some kind of drone sound, it’s not the typical diff whine, some sort of bearing noise I can’t describe it well, you feel a very subtle vibration on the floor (pedals) sometimes steering wheel as well, and the thing is that the vibration/noise is most noticeable in rough roads, if you drive on a smooth road the noise/vibrition is very subtle.

My first thought was the tyres, I did a full wheel balance with road force and the tires are still in good condition (Michelin Super Sport) , checked all bearings with a stethoscope realized the 2 front bearings were making noise, I replaced both with new OEM bearing aaaaaand the problem is still there.

Thought it was the diff bushing because I still have the first version (oil filled bushing) but there are no cracks, already changed diff fluid but nothing has changed I have access to a shop lift, I appreciate all help and advice.

Thank you in advance

- Is the suspension stock?
- Does the noise change with vehicle speed?
- Does the noise change when in gear vs when in neutral?

Sorry for that,

Yes stock suspension

The Noise/vibration is always the same doesn’t matter if you’re doing 30mph or 70mph

The noise/vibration is still there even if you put it in neutral doesn’t change a bit

If you are neutral coasting, and it does not change from drive load, it is likely not a powertrain or drivetrain problem. Possible alignment issue?

I haven’t done an alignment check, but the wheel is straight as an arrow, but I’ll make sure to check the alignment this week, thank you for the advice
