Need Help from a BMW Wizard

Hey yall I was driving my 2016 M2, it was raining. I got a couple faults that popped up including flat tire montioring inactive, frontal collision inactive, pedestrian inactive. The car won’t go into sport mode, the blinkers don’t turn off by themselves/when steering straightens out. What could this be? I have bimmergeek protocol and got these codes. Im Lost. Checked all fuses. I’ve been getting a slow start at times, I’m also getting a wonky reading on the battery when the car is running that has spiked into the 16V range and hovers around 14.9-15.1. Is my alternator not regulating my voltage??

How old is your battery? Could be a bad battery especially if it is the original battery.
