Sweet tint job, love the CRACKLE plates! Need to figure out how to get vanity plates here in PR...

More and more people here are doing that reflector mod. Cheap, easy and looks good. I think I'll give it a shot.

Every few washes I hit my tips with some never dull and it keeps them looking great. If I'm in a super anal mood, I'll clean up the insides of the pipes with a 2" wire wheel. That's a trick I stared doing on my E46 M3. Does it last long? Nope. Does it look great. Yep.

Can't feel the scratch at all with finger or nail, 100% smooth. I think it indented and crushed the paint or clear coat but the PPF didn't take any damage, I don't know it's super fucking weird. Didn't get plate of the van. If I have my insurance pay for fixing this is it going to be an accident car?

When outside I take care to park someplace it's very unlikely to have someone bump into me. In this case I assumed the van would have no reason to back up and could easily pull forward as no one could park in front of them... but I didn't account for someone parking in the crosswalk blocking the van and then a drunk person screaming at them to move the van.
Could the bumper be cracked under the PPF and it's essentially holding it together so you can't feel it with your fingernail?

Had my first rock removed from between the rear rotor and heat shield. That little rock was LOUD!

Luckily I drive by the dealer on my way to work and they got it out and had me on my way in under 30m.

I have always tried to avoid using normal steel wool on stainless as it has a tendency to leave small pieces of ferrous metal (steel wool fragments) around. These fragments will embed themselves in the smallest seams and cracks and they will rust.

Instead, I have used scotch brite pads or bronze wool. You can get bronze wool at marine stores.

Any damages? Do you know there's a bulletin for this issue

No damage reported, they said this was a semi-common occurrence.

Took it out of storage and brought it home along with it's brother the E36 M3. A new big brother coming home on Sunday (picking up on Friday in Atlanta) - GT4.

...the first step to recovery is recognizing that you have a problem (too many toys and no place to keep them).
