This is awesome.
I didn't think I would miss the HUD from the F80 but having used it for 3 years, I can see why it would be more useful in M2 without an oil gauge. Plus during spirited drives, it's useful to have all 3 in close proximity. |

If I'm on the gas it's not a problem. But when coasting or just on very little throttle and driving manually with the paddles it's really hard to know by ear if I'm in 7, 6, 5 or even 4. And say I want to go to 3, how many rapid paddle clicks? Then again, I can also use the manual kickdown of course to get to the "right" gear. But for me this is nice.
Taking it easy here but just to show how little I hear: kmh: |

OP can you post a video of the both the speed and gear showing on the HUD simultaneously.
Also can they be changed to different colors? Say red for the gear and white for the speed? |

There are different HUDs available that can show multiple things at once and also has colors and so on. But I chose this particular model that only shows one value at a time with large digits so I can read out what gear or speed or temps it is without actually looking directly at it, I can see the number with my peripheral vision. To each their own, check out the huge diversity of HUDs on Aliexpress, Amazon, EBay and see what you like :-)
