That's precisely why they are installed. You do get a reduction in body roll, but it's for the looks. IRL there is a definite difference.
And does it affect ride quality? This will be my DD but my past DD's were a comp e92 m3 (idk if that suspension drop is comparable to this) and a 997.1 turbo. In other words I'm used to stiff rides but how stiff is this?

Garage List
koastal

Do they offer the all silver wheels in Australia? Here in the states we had to get the half black ones.

Great looking car!

Hi guys, I'm looking for some more real life, daily driver experience with the M2 H&R spring setup.

Could anyone else share?

I personally like the ride of the car stock, but I would like to see her sit a bit lower.

I daily drive my M (except for the winter). Initially, when I first had the springs installed, I noticed a difference in ride quality; not harsh, not worse, not jittery, just a tad stiffer. However, I probably forgot (or got used to) the difference in a couple of days. Now I honestly forget that I have lowering springs. And the roads in my area are not in great shape...

I too was mostly looking for a cosmetic upgrade. Couldn't be happier

Hope this helps

I can speak on previous H&R vs. Eibach lowring spring debates going back to 1995. Eibach's have always been more "comfortable" versus their H&R counterparts. They both have offered similar performance. Both products are aimed at sporty daily drivers.

With that said, it's really a personal preference thing. The Eibach's are going to be more comfortable, while the H&R's are going to be more sporty.

Turn in is no worse on Eibachs, I can tell you that. Roll is reduced a little.

I anyone else rubbing with the H&R and 10mm spacers? I am at all 4 corners. I have not had the car aligned yet (hopefully today) maybe that will correct it.
