M2 Competition BMW Bike Racks Installed

I usually take our bikes on the back of my X5 but I got the BMW racks for my M2C since I love driving it so much. Turned out really good!

I use my BMW bike rack all the time. Works great and easy install. I take it off when I am not carrying bikes.

Nice! How much time does it take to install and remove from the car? Thinking of getting one for the occasional bicycle transport as well.

It takes me about 5 minutes to install or remove the rack.

Initial install can be done in 30min. On/off will take me about 3min now but if you remove the bike racks each time then 10min. Super easy.

Roof Rack P/N 82712361815
BMW Bike Holder P/N 82712166924 (Appears to be a Thule Proride 591; newest model is the Proride XT. I picked each rail up for $88 shipped from Brian@Sunmotors a while back, unfortunately he's no longer there)

I love roof racks, but with a short wife we have found hitch racks work best for us.

SIDE NOTE-
I am in love with the wrap on your car. It looks soooo good in red.

The red wrap looks soooo good. I'm sure that they had their reasons but I think red was a missed opportunity.

Which hitch rack do you have on your car?

I'm planning on getting a SeaSucker once it gets warmer. Looks super easy to put on and off and doesn't take up any space.
