Scratch/Scrape noise when shifting (dct)

I’ve noticed that my car makes a small scratch/scrape noise when it shifts in efficient mode (strangely, it doesn’t make the noise when shifting from 6 to 7), and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. No codes or anything show up and car runs perfectly fine, just gives off that little sound that kind of makes me worried.

Planning on taking it to the dealer soon but want to know if it’s a common thing. So far, it seems I’m the only one with the issue

Doesnt sound normal. Is this in Auto mode only or also when you shift manually?

From what I can tell, it’s in the auto mode in efficient (setup is efficient everything)

Mine has done this for 2 plus years. The drivetrain on the M2C with DCT is noisy. My SA said it was nothing to worry about (and since I've had the car over 2 years, I tend to agree).
