Amplifier bit the dust

My amp bit the dust for the audio. Got it replaced next day under warranty. Seems like a pretty common issue. Has anyone had there's die off more than once so far? Just curious if it is recurring because of the bad placement(something about a vent above the wheel well letting water in to the amp?) or if its just flaw in the amp itself. I don't like the Idea of having to replace my amp all the time after the warranty is up.

My dealer installed a amp cover to prevent it from happening again
