I have considered it but mine is a 2019 build so not much warranty left. So, at this point will just wait for warranty to expire and go BM3 with an EL mid pipe most likely (ie skip the intermediary)

Ah yes, very fortunate for us .. that we don't have to deal with the OPFs.

Which tip options did you opt for?
Funny you ask about tips. I'm averse to spending 1k euro for tips so I'll give the AliExpress tips a try. At 1/10th the price it's worth a go at least

Ahaha great minds think alike, I couldn't justify spending $1,741 AUD on the carbon tips either.

I opted for some cheaper 90mm 304 stainless tips.

Make sure you get the 60mm inlet for the tips as the remus pipe is 59mm.

Yup, 60mm inlet on these tips. I think it's crazy to spend so much on tips

Awesome ! and the ball bag is gone.

It gets a tad louder after a bit as well, but its also quiet enough with the windows up in comfort mode.

What is going on with RemusUSA ? I placed an order for a Remus sport and CF tips back in January with mike at XPH and was told in March that they got the exhaust in from europe, but the tips were backordered. I asked for them to send the backbox while I wait for the tips and I get an email today saying there is no update and no ETA and I can cancel my order if I want. Seriously? What's going on?

REMUS changed their USA distributor last week; REMUS USA is no longer handling any orders.

Unfortunately, it's chaotic at this time as the new USA distributor has not been given any time to handle existing and new orders, and as always, we the vendors, have to handle the backlash

We still do not have any update on when the REMUS product will be available in the US. Unfortunately, your best bet at this time would be to contact REMUS Austria directly.

Lol they messed up my order and sent me the two of the wrong exhaust tips for my Remus Sport axle back exhaust that I ordered from XPH. I can't get ahold of anyone at the their office right now so I feel your frustration! I just want to exchange for the correct tips

Here's my remus before and after 1 track day, put it through a very hot cycle as you can probably see in the tyres as well.

At least the whole exhaust is matching in colour now

Is there an update to who is the actually taking charge of Remus USA's warranty issues? I was in talks with Michael Bower from Remus USA for over two months about a manufacturer defect (a connecting metal piece on my exhaust snapped) and then he beat around the bush/stalled for time (would respond a few days after my emails and when I contacted him again, he said he'd check with the factory again, which would be another 1-2 weeks and this just occurred over and over), then just stopped responding and completely disappeared out of the blue. Then I find out here that they're no longer the the Remus USA distributor on here, so I followed the instructions above and contacted Remus Australia at office@remus.at with my warranty issue and the background information and they never responded... Is there someone else that we can contact who can elevate warranty issues up?

I'm not trying to bad mouth Remus and I've tried to give them opportunities to step up to address the issues with my exhaust, but at this point, I've just been given the run around over and over again.

From what I know about the issue, REMUS Austria stopped responding to REMUS USA and Michael Bower a while ago which explains the lack of updates you got. Then out of the blue REMUS Austria decided to end their relationship with REMUS USA and asked that existing customers contact them directly at office@remus.at

I was thinking about the AA rear to mate with the non res AA el midpipe but I loved the remus since it has mini resonators in the rear portion for the sport. Sad to see whats happening with this whole fiasco.
