Fantastic journey! I'm going my ED next June. Two questions:
1) Did you find Stelvio busy during the time you went? I'm planning to do Davos-Stelvio but I've been getting mixed feedback on whether or not I should bother due to the traffic. 2) How do you get pictures of yourself driving the 'Ring? Did you have someone wait there or are there people taking pictures that you can buy afterwards? |

The warnings about traffic on Stelvio are so strong and so frequently given, that we figured it was worth being a little tired to ensure that we had a good experience. Quote:

We avoided any area with lots of tourists, busy times, and cities. There are a few websites and apps that will show you no-fly zones, as well. I've found, as a general rule, that being courteous avoids problems, and I don't fly over folks heads or otherwise make a nuisance of myself.

Punjab and Dishoom were both extremely good, in different ways.
