Owner Topic : 2020 M2 comp HS
Hi Guys,
It's Erik here, aka Dutch Deviotion (or DD). So about 4 weeks ago I decided to order something new and totally different. It's not that I was unhappy about my F80M3 individual, frozen silver, but since the odo is nearing 100.000km (in 2.5 years), it was time to move on. Since I recognized the huge (positive) difference between my F10M5 and my F80M3, I was aiming for a similar effect when moving to a F87M2 competition. In order to save weight further, while at the same time enhancing the driving characteristics, I had a very specific order and a list of M performance parts to be added. My wish setup was not easily found as second hand, so we went new, and with a confirmed production slot available literally 1 week after order date, I moved on and just did it. Hit that order button So what will it be ? F87 M2 competition Hockenheim Silver Blue accents in the interior, sportseats, no electric driver seat, cause the manual can go ca. 2cm lower, M performance alcantara steeringwheel with blue center indicator, a lot of BMW options, no open roof, the works so to say Topped off with: M perf. CF hood M perf. CF mirror covers M perf. CF trunk spoiler M perf. 763 matt black wheels M perf. 2way coil overs Full Ceramic Coating + Xpel at the sensitive area's and last but not least, the standard blue brakes (16kg less unsprung weight then the silver brakes which will fail for me too when doing a trackday) Delivery 14 oct, can't wait t.b.h. Wishlist: CF roof CF hood Catback Akrapovic Eventuri intakes AP racing brakes Dealer sent me following pics of the car in the lot, awaiting the CF hood, which is currently in the body shop for a spray. Hood, incl powerdome, will be painted HS. Count down to 14 oct has started Last edited by Dutch Devotion; 10-05-2019 at 04:22 PM.. |

First 300km are in. Deeply impressed after driving 100.000km in just 2 years in a F80M3.
Managed to capture the rare moment of both ///M's at the dealer. The colour seems to be the same from a distance, the F80M3 was individual frozen silver. Will have better pics made soon, when the weather allows |
