If the 4.0 rumors are true for the next GT4, I suspect Porsche might use "RS" branding to justify a big price jump from the $86k base of the last one.
$100k all-in is unlikely IMO.

Regardless of 4.0 or not, I think you'll see a 10%+ jump in base because it's Porsche and on top of that it's Porsche GT. 4 years later, you won't see this car priced that close to the original 981 GT4. PLUS Porsche has seen the ADMs and markups dealers/stealers have made on the last GT4, current GT3/GT2 etc. and seem to be pricing cars accordingly to bring more profit to Porsche and dissuade dealer markups. I won't be shocked if there's more of a "GT Premium" on this than before. Plus Porsche is the king of charging an arm and leg for all options. Even if it starts in the $90ks you likely won't see many configured close to that. Leather interior? Add $5k. Bucket seats? Another $5k. Oh you want black headlight trim? That'll be another $5k please. Fancy some silver paint? $4k. Prefer something like Lava Orange or Miami Blue? Hand over $8k. Point is, I think anything under $100k is a longggggg shot.

If you don’t want to pay ADM on a 718, or cant even get your hands on one (these are super hyped and Porsche will play their usual schtick in N. America). Just get a 981 and add some race headers.

718s in my area and in most of the US are very highly discounted. Whereas the M2C. Not so much.

True, but You can see how someone would get confused. It's like saying get a G chassis 3 series. You may have meant the future M3 but I read that as the more common and currently available G30, that's all. I get it now. Didn't think if it completely in context. We're all good.
