Those are the right parts. I would check getbmwparts and bmwpartspros. I did this not too long ago in November so I'm not sure about the new year price increase since then. I bought the rears and got lucky with the fronts new from a forum member. Sold the silver ones on the F80/F82 forum and overall the swap cost me around $500. The calipers separately will most likely have to come from Germany but the upgrade kits themselves with rotors, pads, and shields are usually in stock.
